Refresher meeting on Result Based Management system
On Monday, July 30, 2018, the members and staff of the National Commission for Human Rights hold a meeting. The meeting was at the same time a refresher moment on the use of Result Based Management system (RBM) and an opportunity to share the Action Plan for the year 2018-2019.
In his presentation, the Human Resource Management Specialist explained that RBM is a modern management strategy which compels actors in an institutional context to direct their efforts towards achieving a common set of results. and highlighted the principles as well as the rules for implementing the policy within the Commission. He recalled the process of creating indicators by the Secretary General who cascades them to its subordinates who cascade them to the staff under their supervision who develop the activities to be performed.
As mentioned above, the Secretary General of the National Commission for Human Rights took the flow and presented the Plan of Action of the Commission for the year 2018-2019 where he highlighted the expected results and outputs that would contribute to the achievement of the goal set for the Commission. He asked each and every one to focus on activities that will lead to expected results.
After both presentations, the Chairperson of the Commission asked the staff to carefully undertake their performance contracts for the year 2018-2019 and assured the assistance to whoever shall be in need for better achievement.
